FARRO KITCHEN THAI CHICKEN CURRY RTG 450G
The popular Southern Thai chicken and coconut curry made fresh in the Farro Kitchen with New Zealand raised free-range chicken. Served on fragrant jasmine rice.
Serves: approximately 1 - 2 adults
Ingredients: Curry: Boneless NZ raised free range skinless chicken thighs, potatoes, coconut milk, water, shallots, soy sauce, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, brown sugar and fish sauce. Curry Paste: shallots, vegetable oil, coriander stalks, lemongrass, fresh ginger, garlic cloves, ground coriander, ground cumin, ground paprika, ground white pepper, curry powder and dried red chilli. Rice: Jasmine rice. Garnished with fresh red and green chillies.
